Car Rental Process
How it works
Reservation
The customer makes a reservation by selecting a vehicle, rental period, and pickup/drop-off location, and provides personal and payment information.
Pick-up
On the scheduled pickup date, the customer presents a valid driver's license and credit card, signs the rental agreement, and pays for the rental.
Return
At the end of the rental period, the customer returns the vehicle to the designated drop-off location, and the rental company inspects the vehicle for any new damage.
